Guidelines for Intern Medical Officers
The SLMC Internship Digital Evaluation System is the official online platform for managing your internship details, progress reports, evaluations, feedback, and internship-related submissions.
As an Intern Medical Officer, you are required to use the system to complete the relevant activities throughout your internship period.
Before You Begin
Before proceeding with the system, please ensure that your Internship Details are correctly displayed.
- Your 1st Six-Month and 2nd Six-Month Hospital allocations are determined by the Ministry of Health.
- Your Speciality and Supervisory Consultant are assigned by the relevant Hospital Director.
- If your hospital, speciality, or supervisor details are not available or are incorrect, please contact your Hospital Director
What You Can Do Through the System
As an Intern Medical Officer, you can:
- View and confirm your Internship Details.
- Submit your Hospital Reporting Details.
- Submit your required Internship Progress Reports.
- Complete assigned internship evaluations.
- Upload supporting documents when requested.
- View your assigned Hospital, Speciality, and Supervisory Consultant.
- View feedback and comments provided by your Supervisory Consultant.
- Track the status of your submitted evaluations and internship records.
- Receive important notifications and updates relating to your internship.
Internship Details
After logging in, carefully review your displayed internship information.
If all the information provided is correct, proceed to submit your Internship Details.
If any information is incorrect or missing, do not submit the details until the necessary corrections have been made.
Important
- If your internship has already commenced but your hospital is displayed as "Not Assigned", please contact your Hospital Director.
- If your Speciality or Supervisory Consultant has not been assigned, please contact your Hospital Director.
